Hi, I’m Dr. Abhigya Parajuli — but you can call me Muna.

I’m an MD resident in General Practice & Emergency Medicine at BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, and the founder of Muna Clinic Private Limited in Pokhara.

This website is my corner of the internet where I share my journey, clinical insights, and the vision behind Muna Clinic. Right now, while I train, the clinic serves as a side project — a place to write, think out loud, and explore ideas about emergency care, primary medicine, and healthcare in Nepal. After residency, it will become an appointment-based practice and a home for community-focused emergency and primary care.

Thanks for stopping by. Whether you're a patient, a fellow clinician, or someone curious about medicine, I'm glad you're here.
